SMART Goals for Educators

How can goal setting impact education and perhaps more importantly, how can it impact the work you do in your classroom every day? How can goal setting benefit you and your students? Adult learners will learn strategies for developing, implementing, reflecting on, and revising goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. This course offers an informational and systematic approach to SMART goals.
