Full course description
The Personalized Learning Standards provide a framework to prepare educators to model personalized learning. This course will introduce Asset-Based Dispositions, which focuses on recognizing and valuing the strengths, experiences, identities, and potential of every learner. Participants will explore how asset-based language and classroom practices can create inclusive learning environments where students feel valued, supported, and empowered. Through reflection and practical strategies, educators will develop approaches that celebrate learner strengths and promote equitable opportunities for success.
