Full course description

Support for developing the skills of executive function is as important as educating our students in our particular content areas. Our students are not born with these skills, but they do have the potential to develop them. When children have the opportunity to develop executive function skills, they experience lifelong benefits. These skills depend on three main types of brain function: working memorycognitive flexibility and inhibitory control.
