Manager Pathway consists of required courses aligning with our school nutrition mission and vision. ​​​All courses must be completed. Enrolling in the program will enroll learners in all the courses listed below.

  1. Nutrition and Menu Planning
  2. Food Safety and Managerial Control
  3. Menu Modifications
  4. Planning, Production and Service
  5. Inventory Management: Forecasting and Ordering
  6. Leadership and Customer Relations
  7. HR Management

These courses are beneficial for School Nutrition Managers, Manager Trainees, and Instructors (Supervisors, Coordinators, Trainers, etc.). Manager Pathway may also be beneficial for other positions.
