Welcome to Leadership and Customer Relations! The purpose of this course is to help School Nutrition Managers identify best practices that they can apply to their school nutrition program in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, customer service, marketing, and communications. 

At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:

Module 1 Leadership and Teambuilding

  1. Explore leadership development around Communication, Collaboration, and Continuous Process Improvement to help managers develop effective practices in leading and developing their school teams.
  2. Provide practical applications for leadership development areas that will assist managers in developing and growing in these areas that positively impact their program.

Module 2 Customer Service

  1. Identify customer service best practices that improve stakeholder relations and optimize program participation and reach. 

Module 3 Marketing and Communications

  1. Identify best practices for marketing your school nutrition program.
